The first all UK Legacy Twin Turbo Meet...
#1
Was today in Sale, Cheshire.
Tim Blowers (Blow) had done a good job organinsing it - sorted out a pub, tried to rally up support on here etc, and we were looking forward to around 20 Legacies turning up. In the end, about half that turned up , but nonetheless it was a nice day -Tim had even put together a sheet with useful addresses for parts etc.
It was a real pleasure to see so many TT Legacies in one place - considering they were all manuals and Japan only produced 10% of it's Legacies with a manual box - it was quite a feat!
Cheers Tim
A few piccies:
And a few of my Beastie (when a lot cleaner!!)

Good show!
this was cross posted on nasioc.com in the Legacy section. It seems that both in the u.s.a. and u.k. the Legacy crowd is tight knit, so I was excited to see what sort of Legacys you guys can get ahold of, and how your meet went. Us legacy guys in the u.s.a. are too spread out to pull off a meet like yours, so consider yourselves lucky.
(I'm very jealous you guys can get ahold of the twin-turbos!)
