Congratulations mate. Hope you enjoy it as much as JDM. Its an amazing piece of kit. Worryingly my Dad drove it after doing some gearbox work on it for JDM. My father being the master of understatement said it was "scarely quick"

The Mk1 escort takes me back [memory lane on] my Old one but mine was with BIG wheel arches 2L Pinto and twin 45's, LSD removable Diagonal brace [mode off] must dig out some old pics

Tony, good to see that the haircut has not changed in all these years.
I started many years ago with a MK 1 escort. Like the top picture I also had to put some concrete in the boot to hold it down.
