attaching a pic????

can someone tell me step by step how to include a pic in my threads? ive gone onto turbosport and downloaded something onto my desktop called upload, when i click on it , it opens up adobe. HELP

Go to turbosport http://bbs.turbosport.co.uk/upload.php and click on the BROWSE button and navigate to the file on your PC you wish to upload and click OK. You can add more pics, when finished press UPLOAD. Turbosport will then show you a hyperlink begining with [img.... cut and paste this into your scoobynet post. Easy as ABC.
Note - Max file size is 100Kb
