Subaru made god know's how many Type R's and RA's, but only 1000 Type R V-Ltd's and 1000 Type RA V-Ltd's.
The car here is a Type R V-ltd, like mine, the Limited Edition 2 Door Coupe. The RA is the lightweight 4 DOOR.
Ok?

Chris,
Thanks for putting them up! Nice to see the old beastie on Scoobynet. Not sure what number mine was as it didn't have a plaque by the gear lever.
All the cleaning was done by yours truly, and it had 22K miles on the clock when the pictures were taken. Arguably one of the nicest examples in the country at that time, but I sold it to a bloke who lived in Wolverhampton and parked it on the street! Guess it didn't last long.
Anyway, I might just have to have another one sooner or later to remind me how good it really was!

Andi,
It was replaced with a BMW! Aaaargh! I was getting fed up with getting 200 miles from £45 of juice and servicing every 6000 miles. This gets painful when doing 30000 miles a year. The Beemer suits my needs better. I've also had a GTR33 V-Spec in the meantime and that was fun. Not as fast as the STI, but better for cruising at high(ish) speed.
I'm now on my second 330D Sport and I'm very happy. Having said that, I do fancy another!

Pleasure Matt
Before anyone starts questioning Matt's latest choice of car - be warned it is very capable. In the hands on Matt, I've seen that beast lap the Nurburgring in some outrageous times - and scare the odd M5 or two. And the damn thing gets 45 mph!!

Chris, i know its a diesel but 45mph, dont you mean 45mpg. I would certainly like to see matt follow mr felstead around the 'ring.
That reminds me, Matt/John, when you go sometime next year, say after easter, will you drop emma and i and email, as we would like to come along
Go on Matt, buy another one, you know you want to. Its the other weekend spent with John's car with mine snapping at its heels thats brought back memories of old 'isnit boyo'

Rich,
4 Cough
Scoobs are certainly not sh1te, but I can think of a plethora of other cars that I'd have above another one. If I was to get another it would be for the weekends and Ring trips only. Couldn't afford to run one as my only car. Still, a mint 22B and a 330d might be a good compromise! now where did I put that spare £25K?!

I cleaned out my airfilter box this weekend, full of leaves and a kit kat wraper. 4 rallies on the trot in autumn in full effect there.
That explanes that then. LOL
And no, i am not joking!

Christ! Do you have the resonator in the wing removed?
Looked at underneath mine last night, and er well, mud bath aint the word. Will be going on a ramp to clean it off ASAP.
Most of that came from the friday expoits
Still "kit kat wrapper" how on earth?
