Well nearly new tinted windows, they have been on for about 10 days. They are 35% all round. What do you think?

Heres a view from the inside

And one of the boost gauge after eventually tracking down a pod.

Looks really good!!

I have been thinking about doing this to my car (DBM too) and now I have seen those pics I am gonna get mine done.

Did you do it yourself or pay to get it done? How much did it cost?

Hi,

Looks nice.

How did you attach the pod ? I used tape velcro on mine temp, but that is not working so well Can one use small screws or is there something right underneath the plastic that could be damaged ?

Cheers,
Ray

Cheers for the comments guys

Nezz10 had a company called Tint Haus in Aberdeen do them. Would not recommend doing the tinting yourself. You might end up with something resembling a giant aero bar Got a good price through Wuz. He knows the bloke that does it in person so an after hours job if you know what i mean Proper price was £345 all in. Hope this helps.

STi wanna Subaru Scoobyworld can get them, or have a look at HKS Europe and click on the dealers section. I believe the pod was £11.75. Not bad eh?

Wuz. Now what did your fiance say when she first seen the car? "Why did you not buy a blue one, they look much nicer".
No still not heard when I am due back. Typical c-mar

Razor2001 I attached the pod using the sticky backing it is supplied with and also drilled the steering column housing and used two M8 stainless steel nuts and bolts. On my MY00 the brackets that hold the inicator stalks are right under there so watch if you are drilling , without removing the cover. To remove the cover is a nightmare. You need to remove the surround for the clocks, remove the clocks themselves. Split the cover around the column (3 screws on the underside) remove the indicator stalks. and the remove the upper part of the steering column cover. To finish the job off, I used a couple of autoleads rubber gromets for the sender line and illumination cable. These also go through the top steering column cover. Hope this helps.

doug_seiv cheers doug Seen your motor coming out of summerhill road at the lang stracht the other day. Sorry heard it before I saw it Looks nice with the tints
