I had a 94 wrx wagon 10 years back and loved it and I have had various vag cars since and I have always wanted another one. I searched for a couple of months to find a nice example and there aren't many good ones left , for sale anyway . Until this turmed up. It's a low mileage 97 sti v3 555 v limited imported in March this year . I was going to modify it but I'm not sure what to do as it's too nice to mess with too much if I am honest. It was completely standard but I have fitted a full cat back for a bit of noise.
That's a lovely old wagon Sometimes it feels a shame to modify such original cars, but then there is no point preserving your car for the next owner to enjoy.
What stereo system is that? is that the standard factory stereo that came with your car?
i'm trying to find the original equipment that came with my car. This is what is shown in the version 3 WRX brochure but i have never seen one still in a classic import.

So Addzest and Kenwood supplied some of the 90's stereo equipment. I know the UK ones were done by Phillips. Interested to find out what the make of the stereo is in that brochure pic.
Hoping to find something original to give the car an authentic look.
Loving that Kenwood setup though... looks proper retro with the equaliser.
Great chat. Why not just say, it’s a factory sticker and he’s leaving it on to keep the car original. Much easier to insult someone than be civil eh?
To be fair I was pretty harsh on you.
Shouldnt of spoken to you like that & offer my apologies to you.
I felt you had really insulted a mans p & j.
I have to respect your opinion even though I don’t agree with it.

Appology accepted. I never insulted the Car, it’s a fantastic example and I’d be really proud to find something in that good condition myself, id just be seriously itching to strip the sticker off the back
Looking at the pics again, the car looks like it’s just rolled out the factory, some love has been put into that car and a ton of effort it keep it nice.
