Impreza wrx v1 jdm

can anybody give me some advice? Forgive me if there's ready a thread out there on this topic.
When I bought my car he gave me a brand new 6 paddle clutch plate, will that fit straight on? I already have a lightened flywheel. Clutch slips when I floor it causing no power and an awful clutch burn smell🤔
