This is my replacement impreza after my last came to a sorry end.
its a 2005 wrx sl wagon, bought from Luke at Le scoobies in April, and its great. drives very smoothly and better than my bug which surprised me! This is one of the cleanest imprezas ive seen with 110,000 miles, no rust at all on it, including a clean underside!
Many plans to come, currently has a ninja cat back with sports cat down pipe, perrin rad cover and a map (around 260-270, to be confirmed)
heres a few photos to kick it off

got a few bits on order but will update a few of the small changes done
first was the front grill, dont really like the badged look on the blob shape so got rid of it
(quick how too)

remove rear clips to release grill

used a soldering iron to free the centre

smoothed a little

sanded flat

filled to remove imperfections

prime

and paint

Better? still havnt cleaned the car though

then i picked this up locally, off an import with only 50k on it, great condition

lots of cleaning and sorting out to do! found wiring for a boost gauge and something else under the engine, more investigating to do here

Check out rallytech for bolt kits, very good quality!

Ps, car looks well, though I don't like how they've plumbed that boost pipe, they should have hidden it away!

Thanks guys, yes that bolt kit would smarten it up, needs a couple hours spent on the bay tidying it up, it's got the wiring for a gauge but no gauge, also what looks like the wiring to an oil pressure gauge but no sensor, somethings I can re add fairly easily though, will update this again later with my latest changes

been a busy impreza week, got another wagon im doing up currently, so had the engine out of that one and given it a good going over

and found some new wheels for mine!

really needs lowering now
checked the wheel arches while i was there, looks like they have had some time spent on them, nice and clean with no rust at all

so few more bits ive done since the last update.
got hold of some gauges- boost, afr and boost control . although i will be selling the boost controller and afr for some oil temp and pressure ones.

then i found a split in my intake pipe so time for an upgrade

what a pain this was to fit!!!
then i had got ahold of a mid level spoiler which was the wrong colour so i carbon wrapped it

and the two newage wagons together

big shopping list to start over the coming months

some changes over the last month or so, the front bumper since day one has had a big crack in it and a fair few marks, so i have been on the look out for a while, with it being 32J its not the easiest to find! but the end of November Matt had one the right colour up for breaking so i could not say no! Perin intake also got added in for good measure
before

and after, yes better photos are needed soon!

next up is the big save for some sort of engine, i am still unsure if i get an sti one and drop it straight in or go built, i guess i will see what is around once i have the money

seats are very nice, makes it a nice comfy cruiser, underside can be fixed with a good wire brush and under coating!
