yes get muddy tyres as this helps with the launch.
then make up the bhp of the other cars to disguise your sti envy

It was a joke to the above
But in answer to your question yes you can add ballast & weight to agricultural by filling tyres with liquid , it's usually water+ antifreeze tho ,, google it
Tyre company's have recommendations & some tractor company's advise it in certain situations like " John Deere "
