Ford Cossie ali Rad modified (sorry), solid stainless pipes bespoke fabricated to drop into the rad underneath the van.
Custom made heater matrix with 3 speed fan.
Lotus Elise header tank with 15PSI cap. Coolant temp at the header is 82 DegC,
fans come in at 99 Deg C and switch off at 89 Deg (Programmed in the Emerald ECU - you can set what you like).
