rayman,

Just spoke to my old man who is a soliciter and he said you should have a fair chance..... He said take a pic of the pot hole and the wheels.... if you can find the offending pot hole then find one.. this was my idea not my dads..

You should claim for a new wheel... you could make a bit of cash bet one of them wheels is prety expensive....

It took a bit for him to get some money out of them if i remember rightly.... could be worth finding out if anyone on scooby net is a soliciter and get them to write a letter.... or i could ask my dad..!

Hi Rayman
What front brakes are on your car? The discs look huge and the calipers tiny, but looks cool!
Cheers Col

Dan the grille is a 22B replica, brought it off somebody off scoobynet a while ago. The fog lamp covers came with the car when I imported it, I belive its a early sti wagon it has IC water spray, 4 pots, silver intercooler, sti exhaust etc... the lads at GGR confirmed it with the chasis no. Had it rolling road pushed 280, had a PPP ecu installed recently, downpipe, GGR induction, T4 Hybrid turbo feels much stronger have,nt rolled it since.

Hi Col the brakes are subaru 4 pots with Mintex race pads, discs are 335/32. Stops a BIT quicker!!

I will try to take some close up pics 2moro if u want. At the moment its been in the garage as my coolant tank is leaking like hell throwing green fluid everywhere. Have'nt found a replacement anywhere yet.

Don't be a k**b and try and get the cost of a new wheel and tyre as previously suggested.
Just be honest and claim the cost of repair and a tyre if it needed replacing. Why is it some people seem to have a need to make a buck at every opportunity? You should get your money back though. Our local bus company claimed for exhausts and suspension/brake parts after speed humps were put on the local bus routes.
