brembo bleed nipple thread striped
Hi guys im in need of some advice on my front brembo calipers. Garage started bleeding them up and one of bleed nipples has no theads on the inside of the caliper the nipple wont tighten up you can just pull it out. What can I do because I don't want to have to bin them.

Sounds like the caliper will need to be helicoiled / or sent away for a refurb. Or if the thread inside the caliper is ok, then surely just get a new nipple delivered.
Mine were a sod to undo, the technician at work had a right job cracking them off.
Godspeed brakes offer very good services I hear all the time.

Send it to Godspeed they can sort it out easily. The first time one of mine stripped I sent it to a reputable local engineer who f####d it up & I had to buy a new calliper. Gold brembos are expensive so I won't make that mistake again.

Hi
Yes we can do them , if you drill them at an angle you can turn the caliper into scrap so only attemp it if you know what you're doing , we strip the caliper in half and bolt them onto a jig we made and machine them on our CNC milling machine , we charge £30 to machine them including a new stainless steel bleed nipple
Cheers Ian
