Hi there can anyone one put some pics of De side skirted type r s as im looking to do this
and look like an RA.

I actually quite like them without, even on the above. I think it's because it creates an imbalance and makes the front look deeper as a result.

Either way, the car above looks superb anyway.

looks wrong with splitter fitted, no continuity of body lines, would need mud flaps to counter IMO

I got slightly side-tracked, bought a v1 to strip for bits for the R, decided it was too good to scrap, bought another v1 to rebuild that.... Its now finished, and the R is under cover ready for some work. I'm only missing front brakes now, everything I've got was how it was from new. its taken a while.

Less places for the crud to gather and rust the car. That one of the reasons I de-skirted my classic!!

OP, the splitter and the spats need to go the keep it balanced imho

Not a 2 door but you get the idea




I'm also de-skirting my new Bug WRX project too
