You must have spent some time on that
How long did it take to get the seats out? As mine have started to corrode around the bolting point....

Car looks great.

Hi Fez thanks for comment
The seats take less then ten mins to get both out held on with four 14mm bolts and one airbag sensor under drivers seat
To be honest I think it's a common problem on our impreza s. must be to do with the pillar less doors at a guess as I know when it snows and you open any doors the lot just falls in lol.

My 07 plate Spec D had the same problem, but only on the driver seat runners.

My mint hawk sti seats had the same rust on the bottom, and the WR1 seats I replaced it with has got the same problem!! Must be a newage thing, Could be worse could have rusty arches!!!!

this area is just our multi soak area or MVS as we call it normally has upto 10 vehicles jags range rovers F types etc and is normally -20 when its on maintenance it doubles as a fab polishing bay lol our workshops next door but this areas cleaner

Cant be water, I take my shoes of to drive the car and I get the passengers to wear over shoe protectors!!

Hi I used smooth hamerite give it a fighting chance of staying that way lol
