Anybody know where I can get wiring diagrams for the above? I want to fit my own secret "under dash" switch due to the recent spate of scooby thefts highlighted on here. I'm interested in the starter motor side of things.

don't do it, buy a good cat 1 alarm for £250 instead of spending £50 on crap bits and bodging it!

Pro's can get through a CAT 1 Alarm in less than 5 minutes and also disable the tracking device in about the same time.

The best security is one that no one knows about and is not widely avaliable.

So GeoffMM when you hear a alarm go off do you go and investigate or call the police.. FACT - no one bohters to look anymore as they are always going off and now having a alarm is not a good deterent.

Yoi can get the complete workshop manual of fleabay for £3. I am not sure if it is included in there. If not try the North America subaru owners forums.

blimey don't flame me for it, the only point i was trying to make was that wiring yourself if not experienced is risky.
a secret switch may be a good idea but an alarm will also make your car cheaper to insure.
