Excuse my noobness with this question but can anyone tell me what is needed to change the standard large fog lights on an 03 wrx wagon?

obviously they are usually this big...





Yet I have seen some US ones with fogs this size...




What type of cover is that above?? Custom one??

 

They're USDM foglights.

 

I thought as much.

Anyone know if you can get them over here??
