Default blobeye morrette headlight help

as the title states I got a set of these, with an h.i.d kit pre fitted so painted them and fitted to the car but they are way to bright and am blinding other drivers so need to put these back to standard, I assume will be fine fitting normal bulbs in these?
have no idea how I go about it though do I have to replace the entire insides? or are the bulb holders the same? two of the connectors are fine but the two that go to the hid kit are going to need replaced to match the engine bay loom connectors again? can I buy these? from where or will I need the rear of existing blob headlights etc?

I have no idea and need help with this as I cant drive the car at night now.

If you are blinding other drivers is it not just the alignment of the beam that is wrong?

I have tried them dipped right down using the in car wheel, but still just seem awful bright, and should you be right Shaun.

then does anyone know how the hell you adjust these lights as I have had them out and cant see how to adjust them as you may be right and initially I did think that they were needing adjusted but how lol?
