Hi all,
Recently 1 of my ballasts on my after market HID's decided to finally give up so I'm putting the original lamps back in and getting shot of all the HID wiring.
My question is, the 2 spade connectors on the rear of the head light assembly, 1 I know is for the positive going to the lamp and the other goes to ground I assume? I'm basically missing where the negative spade goes to so am I able to just attach this to one of the screws on the headlight assembly or do I need that spade connector that's missing?
Thanks!

I must admit, I had hids for a while. And at first I was cool with them. But then after seeing a couple oncoming and thinking of "if a part on the hid kit fails", I took them out and i havnt looked back since. OEM headlights FTW!!!

What was the answer?
One of my Ballasts has just given up and also thinking to revert back to the original setup? Like you say I'm left with two spade connectors but I'm guessing the standard dipped H1 bulb has only one?
Thanks for any help

Basically one spade (positive) goes to the lamp and the other (negative) goes to the housing of the lamp. There is a little T shaped bit of metal on the lamp housing next to the lamp which the negative fits snugly on to. Job done.
