Default classic 99 sigma alarm

drove the car today parked up ,,,came back 1 hr later won,t start got aa to get me home ....really nice chap....

had the car for over 21/2 years and the sigma door phobes never worked...so just used the inmoblizer in the key .....

problem with the car is fuel pump won,t prime or go (had this out works ok with 12v feed..)

looked on scoobynet and my fuel relays are not in same place as other links and threads say.!!!!!tried hearing the relay click and theres loads relays clicking so hard to find ...

checked all fuses seem ok......

seen on e-bay second hand alarm and phobes do these also work with the control panel i have in glove box ???? does the imoblizer work with this too..

this is my daily runner and only have £200 spare to sort

thanks guys

the fuel pump relay on the classic is up above the accelerator pedal, bolted onto the bulkhead with two other relays (think it is the bottom one..). More or less where your right knee points

There is also a connector under the rear seat which is know to cause probs.

you could try running a 12v volt feed direct to the pump just to get you on the road

-- also, this could be caused by the immobiliser!!

rear plug is like new and ok ,,found relay and that works thanks for advice...

i put a wire from relay to the block wires and car primed and started ...

so the alarm must be wired inbetween the relay and pump can,t seem to find alarm to trace wires to disconnect...

was gonna leave wire in place and take to auto electrics in peterborough ...(slow drive )

but there worried if it needs a alarm who to go with as toad has gone bust as a lot new got alarms in .....

it was the immobiliser that was gone on mine. It's a Clifford - the auto electrician bypassed the fuel immobiliser section (it still immobilises by the electrics/ignition..)
