Alarm/immobiliser
Hi,
The alarm/immobiliser on my late 2004 Subaru Outback 3.0RN has an annoying problem.
When the immobiliser re-arms after 30 seconds (As it should) I would normally press the lock/un-lock button with the ignition on to de-activate the immobiliser.
This doesn't work and simply tries to activate the alarm.
I should mention that the alarm can be armed and disarmed with the radio fob and alarm keypad as normal.
The fault also occurs when I try to program the alarm and the process requires the lock/un-lock button to be pressed with the ignition on. This also doesn't work.
Any ideas?
I look forward to hearing from you knowledgable folk. :-)
Cheers
Matt
