Default S video under bonnet?

Hey guys, im wondering if anyone on here could shed some light on this for me
i was cleaning the inside of my car today and layed on the floor to clean under the steering wheel where i find a toggle switch fitted, so obviously i wanted to know what it did, took of the underwheels plastics to uncover all the wiring to only for it to confuse me even more,

I've made a drawing to show you whats going on

There 3 wires coming out from the switch 1 goes to the 12v supply with a fuse, 1 to a LED bulb fitted to the A pillar which doesnt work :/ and another joins onto a 2nd wire which when followed through the bulkhead uncovers a random S-Video connector tucked down the side of the Boost solenoid

What reason could there be a S-video like connector under the bonnet? are they used to power boost gauges etc?

any help on this would be great thanks Dan

My guess would be they had a recordable camera.
The switch is obviously to turn it on and led so they know its on and recording.
