Please help, this noise is doing my head in !!!

There is a vibration / buzzing type noise coming from somewhere behind the dash in my car (MY95 WRX). It has only started recently, seems to be worse when the engine is cold and varies with revs.

Has anyone had this sort of problem, know what it could be or help me to identify it and fix it.
