If your talking about the strobe lights that appear on pace cars like F1
Then Demon Tweekes do 2 kits not sure of the difference
BTW was going to put them on mine but was warned all these products are apart from being illegal for road use are not very reliable
I have a mate that works for F1 who is trying to find where they buy there's from

Yeah, I toyed with them too - can see a good use for them on the bloody A34. How many BMW's and Saabs could I annoy???
You can get them from (haven't worked out how to set up links yet) http://www.speeding.co.uk - they definitely sell 'em.
Happy flashing - let me know how you get on!!!!

The strobes we have all you have to do is drill a 20mm hole in the back of the lamp and push the strobe in as the clear ones are mounted in a rubber gromet and make it water tight.
The best place to get them from is a company called http://www.galls.comthat where we get most of our strobe and duty gear from!
You can get them in the uk from a company called Woodway engineeringhttp://www.woodwayengineering.co.uk/
but you will pay a hell of a lot more for them over here.
Import it's cheaper.
