I've been searching for quite some time now and all I've been able to come across is the older style of taillights having the integrated fog light (IE the red/orange combo). My question is this, do the newer red/clear combo taillights come with integrated fog light? I haven't come across any that do but I imagine they must exist on UK spec cars.

But with the integrated fog light. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I had to modify mine to get fog light as it is a uk requirement not a Jap one. I'm sure if you do a search there will be a topic on this.

 

Well that is true, but to my knowledge the UK did receive GF imprezas in the late 90's that would have the red/clear configuration and also being made for the UK would have the integrated fog light would they not?

 

No.

Those lights were fitted to JDM cars, notably the STi cars and NONE were imported to the UK except as grey imports.

AFAIK, no UK cars had them, so none will have had foglights.

 

Interesting! Thanks for the info. Guess the only way to get integrated rear fog is to get a set of the uk red/orange style tails. Thanks for all the help much appreciated!

 

Some people use one of the clear reversing light holes, and rewire for a fog, using a RED bulb.

Ensure the foglight is on the OFFside of the car
