Hi all. Got in my car this evening & when I sat inside I noticed the red LED on the dash that flashes when the alarm is armed was permanantly on & when I started the car the alarm sounded for a split second. I only use my car about once a week, maybe the lack of use could be causing this? It's the first time it has done it since owning the car in November 2011. Any help will be much appreciated. That alarm on the car is just the standard factory alarm.

 

Main car Battery low voltage - get it charged - especially if you only use it once a week.

Better still get one of these to keep it topped up.................
