That looks a lot better. Did you do the foglight switch too, as that looks brighter.

so what did you eventually need, how many and how much?

Keeping in mind mines a MY99, I believe <98 dash clusters are different

Mine has 3 x T5/286 bulbs for the main dials and 1 x T10/501 bulb for the temperature/fuel dials.

I used these bulbs :

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1707290237...#ht_732wt_1163
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006774457...4.m1497.l2649#

I'm not happy with it at the moment as the fuel dial is much brighter than the rest. I think I'm going to try covering the side LED's on the 501 bulb with black insulation tape and see if that makes it a better match, as the 286 bulbs only have 1LED per bulb

I also used the same 286 bulbs in the heater controls but they have turned out not so good as the light isn't spreading enough so I will be changing these again as I've placed an order for some different LED's to try

http://www.ultimatemods.co.uk/501-led-bulbs-w5w.html & http://www.ultimatemods.co.uk/286-led-bulb.html

See if these are any better...

I will have three of these - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1707290237...#ht_732wt_1163, left over if you would like to buy them cheaper from me?

Oh yeah I have replaced the switch bulbs also but they are just like for like replacements with these - http://www.maplin.co.uk/wire-terminal-type-1955

That's maybe not a bad thing, the fuel level can go down rather quickly.

Looks a good match to your Defi.
