Could be the bulb, the wiring, the ballast......

First job is to transfer the non-working bulb into the working one's light, see if it works.

If it STILL doesn't, it's amost certainly the bulb. But DO transfer the working bulb over to the non-working side, just to check that it DOES work there, so as to rule out ballast problems as well.

If the non-working one lights up on the working side, then it's PROBABLY the ballast that's at fault on the non-working side.

TBH, either way, I'd contact the original seller for replacements.......then you know it will be compatible, close to the same colour, etc.

You were right to check it all Alcazar (as usual from what I see on here) both bulbs are ok there's voltage to the Ballast but it must have failed.
The Ballast is a VERTEX ES-8000 running a 35W 6000K bulb.So who sells them please, will Aztec sell them? Cheers.

If they came from Aztec, they will have replacements, yes.

They may also have a replacement suitable if you tell them what the original was.

Alternatively, try some of the other suppliers. There are loads on e-bay, and more if you Google it

TBH, a ballast is a ballast, it shouldn't affect the light colour etc, only the bulbs do that.

And if I'm being pedantic, they aren't REALLY bulbs..............
