Indicators on track car packed up
I have a 2002WRX which mainly a track car but I'm off to the Ring in it next week and I've got to get it MOT'd before I go but the flashers and hazards have packed up. I've checked the fuse which is just about the limit of my electrical expertise but I might be able to check the flasher unit i i only could find out where it is. Any help greatly appriciated.

Dunno abt yours, but on a classic it's tucked up high under the dash, driver's side. You can FEEL it, or SEE it, but not quite both at once.
I reckon newage cars will have it up there too, it needs to be inside as you need to hear the ticking.

If it's not that, I'd suspect the switch.
I ASSUME you removed and PROPERLY checked that the fuse will pass current, not just looked at it? Blade fuses are b*ggers for looking OK............

LOL, I knocked the parking light switch doingg mine, middle of summer, car was off the road with a knackered bottom end, next noticed it when went to fit some Defis before it went for a rebuild.
Result: new battery I didn't want to have to buy as I was looking at a large rebuild bill
