Replacing the calipers shouldnt have brought the abs light on. Are you sure you havent damage a sensor or wiring

Could be a simple fuse blown or a sensor or one of the rings damaged.

Try this Dan

you can disconnect one side of the battery. for several minutes tap your brake pedal to drain it quicker, reconnect if lights flash on and off toggle remote on and off.If you haven't fix your abs trouble it will eventually come on if not right away.Best regards

You will need check, this can do only dealer or specialist which have Launch Monitor, normal OBD readers can't read ABS codes or you can try this guide
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...7&postcount=40

As above can be ABS ring, these are cheap,ABS sensor depends on model, but usually new cost from £150-£300,used £25-£75

Sorry Harvey, no idea just copied and pasted off the forum, the perils of trying to help.

Doing good thanks but my 95 WRX Wagon has an anti lock brake light on and finding the problem does not appear to be straight forward. Hence my interest.
