i recently bought an impreza 1.6 2003, ive noticed when i turn the engine off the milege trip resets to 0 and all radio settings reset, central locking wont work but works when engine is on sum help of what the cause is would be great

 

Sounds like the fuse to the permanent live..........all those things you mention require a permanent live to make them work, so it's either the fuse or the feed has got disconnected.

 

Would it be 1 fuse for a few things, cause when i start da car everything works fine

 

Could be. But could also be the permanent live has got detached..and please don't ask me where that is

But it COULD be a fuse. When the engine is on, the bits you refer to receive power from the ign switch. They also need a permanent, (NOT switched). supply, to work when ign is off. A bit like expensive gauges, or your radio/CD.
