Default Laquer Peeling on 06 Hawkeye front lights

After i washed the car the other day i noticed that the laquer looks to be peeling off the front headlights. I used t-cut on my old fto lights and they came up a treat, so is it safe to use it on the subaru or has anyone got any other tips for this?

No! :P

There shouldn't be any lacquer on there really. Give them a good t-cut and see how they come out.
