Default turbo timer

hi. a couple of months ago i bought a turbo timer for my 94 ra from ebay. now the thing is it has come with no instructions and is second hand. but it has the impreza loom but also has 2 random wires ( 1 blue, 1 red ) so i was wondering how hard it would be to fit???

Why is that then? I fought they protect the turbo?

Maybe on some turbo cars, but not Imprezas. The turbo is water cooled and is below the header tank. Due to the natural convection of water, the turbo will have water circulating through it even after shut off.
You will do more cooling driving the last mile or so off boost of any journey than a TT could ever dream of doing.
