Dash lights

Dash lights
Hi, the headlight & foglight lights on my dashboard dont come on when I turn on these lights. The headlight & foglights do come on but but nothing on the dash. I have checked all the fuses & they seem okay, wondering if the bulbs in the dash have blown. Anyone help?
