Yes, but they won't ever be a good as retro-fit projectors. Although if you can't afford this expensive/time consuming option, give them a try, they'll be brighter than normal H4 bulbs, but won't have great beam pattern. Some people say they are fine and don't dazzle people if set up right. Some disagree. Some even get really upset about it.
