Default 94 m wrx sti issue

hi guys im looking at buying another wrx as a toy, i have been offered a cheap wrx with 47k but has a loom issue from under inlet manifold? or so he says. he also said it had (wrong one on there one on there is for a 96 on it needs 94/96,i had crank seal done). whats the case with this? shall i just walk away? thanks very much

bump i really could do with some knowledge here guys as it wont be rnd for long everything bout the car is mint. full documented history etc, just seems weird why it would have part of this changed to make it not run? why take something off it that worked and then replace with something that dont work? pls help

The loom is easy to change, Prtty sure it comes off with the inlet manifold, just a case of plugs.
