did a single projector retro fit on the dipped beam - using a bmw unit - sometime ago. that took me months to complete. now after about another 8 months i,ve come up with this:

this is the first full trial assembly - still need to be painted up in satin black & probably needs a bit more work on the beam settings but overall well pleased with results.

hope to finally have them finished and installed over the xmas hols.
