Default Help on HID's for morettes

hi all just thinking on up-grading my lights to HID but have morette lights on the car, Was wondering if you need to change the glass lense as i am needing to buy 1 new outer lense anyway as it is cracked.

Any help on this matter would be great.

thanks

Is it the classic quad lights?

You can fit an H4 bulb straight in, but don't expect the dip beam pattern to be brilliant, plus the main beam is poor.

They will probably pass an MoT, but...........

I would just fit them as is after replacing your broken lens.

Fit SuperHIDs you will never go back to halogen

BOB, stop responding to posts on here and get on with the important stuff: perfecting the projector retrofit.

I already have the crystal lights, ready and waiting.........

It's cold and dark outside by the time I get back from supplying ScoobyNetters with goodies for the motors everyday.

Light output is very good though. Will try and pull them apart before the weekend and update.
