PIAA clear covers
Not checked this forum for a couple of months (and now can't search the archives...
), but there was talk before Christmas about PIAA bringing out some clear covers for the Scoob driving lamps. Does anyone know if this happened, or if anyone else produces any? And where and how much? TVMIA

This reply from PIAA regarding covers:
"We are currently trying to source such a product. As soon as we have stock
there will be a feature on the Web site. I doubt this will be before May
2002."

If your desperate you could try the clear foglamp protectors from the dealers - around £25/£26.
I fitted the PIAA's recently and found if you turn the fog lamp protectors upsidedown you can get them to fit off a fashion.
Very brittle though so be careful, they don't look too bad, even upside down, but who cares if they save you paying out for a cracked lense - they'll do me until the PIAA ones come out.
