Default Help with classic headlights (won't work)

Hi I was away at the weekend and went to try my headlights to show my mate my HID bulbs, and the sidelights wern't working, the LED type, had a quick look at the back lights and they were also not on, the headlights were working as normal though, when you turn the light switch inside it dims the clock a relay clicks and the lights come on on the dash,
tried all the fuses and all o.k.

Could anyone tell me where the relays are for them please its a MY99 Type R

Any help please people

Not afaik

Sounds like a wiring problem, if you could identify the fuse, trace the wire to the switch, then on to the lights, if you have a multimeter, or circuit tester?

Also, since it's sidelights, I'd be inclined to have a look at the little parking light switch on top of the steering column shroud: have you had that, or owt near it, off? Could the wiring have been disturbed?

Just went outside and had a play with the parking switch and it didnt work when operated, but then when you turned it off the ligths flickered, think the problem is down to the parking light switch, as now when you fiddle with the switch the sidelights now work.

THANKS MATEY

No probs. Take the shroud off, remove switch, check for connections first. then try breakers etc. Grade A are good.
