hi guys i have a version 6 spoiler on my classic but the brake light doesnt work.All the wiring seems to be in place any suggestion. if i check the fuses will this send my immob haywire, can the bulb blow in it if it has i will have to remove the spoiler to change it .

 

The bulbs in those generally aren't: they are LEDs.

Can you check the connector to it to see if it's receiving power when connected and the brake pedal is depressed?

You could try reversing the two wires as LEDs will only light if wired correctly.

 

thanks mate i will try and reverse the wires and see what happens.

 

your a star my friend i switched the wires and hey presto on came the light thanks ever so much.
