I have got some STi rear lights and so i'll be in need of a fog light for my MOT soon i guess.

Questions is what have people purchased previously ??

I fancy a thin strip light like a rear brake light but i'm not sure on the brightness required for a fog light when looking on fleabay.

all suggestions welcome.

I've got one of these, sits nicely under the rear plate, no probs on MOT

Rear fogs are usually brighter than the brake lights.

 

Yeah i know. I remember when i was looking in to it, they work the output out differently for led's and it is plenty bright enough and passed MOT so for me

 

Not on trucks they're not, just the same lamp size as brake (21watt)
and I reckon you will find it is the same on cars.

 

Nope, they use the same 21W bulb as anything else is illegal.

 

Most people re wire the O/S reversing light which is what I have had done and has passed two MOT's fine. But I am seriously thinking about getting one of these Ring Rear Fog Lamp from Halfords Price £7.99

I just want to have two reversing lights and I like those small square fogs, looks rather Jap.
