The other month i had a problem with my headlights, it kept on blowing the drivers side bulb,

Basically i got the car, 4 months later the drivers bulb went i replaced it and a few weeks later it went again, So i decided to upgrade to some philps vision bulbs replaced both 2 months later passenger side went and about an 1 hour later drivers went again

Anyone got any ideas as really annoying me now?

 

Get the alternator output voltage checked, it sounds as if it might be over-volting.

 

silly question you did not toutch the glass on the bulb as the oils/grease in our fingers can cause this to happen, the same as home floodlight bulbs thats why they are supplied with a protective cover.
