How to wire up 3rd brake light

How to wire up 3rd brake light
On my sti 6 spoiler it has a 3rd brake light with a red+black cable going into the boot. Do i just splice this into the cables for my brake light??

Connor just put the black down to earth and the red to eitherside brake light simple as that mate
