Does the car automatically set where the beam is pointing?
Just im detango'ing my blob eye lights, and have done the 1st one. But when I have put it back together, I've realised the main bulb fitting is slightly in a different place now! Which means the light will be pointing in the wrong place.
There is a little motor thing, will this set it back to where it should be, or am I going to have to go to a garage to get them to set the lights back up?
Cheers

I haven't put them back in yet, but I'm sure they are out, as one of the screws was in a different position, so much have moved.
The car doesn't automatically do it then?

Can you not put the screw back where it was?
There is certainly some "play" in the holes, the bolts on a classic, for example, are M5 IIRC and the holes are about 8mm, so the amount of slack is amazing. A small cxhange at the light will result in a large error at the beam margins.
As BOB says, get them checked on a beamsetter.
