Default Hid flickering

one of my hids has just started to turn into a strobe. anyone had any experiance of this? had a look for lose/split/frayed wires but nothing

been over a year and got them from a mate.
so cant go to vendor so thought id put it up in here

I get so many PMs and emails about HID kits that people have brought from somewhere else and are having problems with expecting me to resolve them, hence the initial response. No offence.

It sounds like a ballast. Email me a pic of the ballast and the connectors and I should be able to sort something out for you.

No worries, switch over the bulbs from one side to the other to eliminate them being the problem.

Had the same problem turned out to be a loose inline fuse connecter.

I ended up replacing the inline fuse and holder, for a better quality one.
the lights (both) would flicker on and of a bit worring to say the least,i thought it was the control boxs,but touching the fuse older showed the problem.
I found checking the lights with them on ,and moving the connectors,raised the problem.
hope this helps.
I have had mine on the car for 16 months now and they the best mod to date.
