Default Lambda Sensor Wiring

Hi guys bought a universal 3 wire Lambda sensor from Powerstation and not sure which wire on the sensor goes to which wire on the cars wiring as they are different colours.
The car has the following wires:
1. Black with red stripe
2. Red with black stripe
3. White with red stripe.

The new lambda sensor has the following:
1. White
2. White
3. Black

The car is a 93 wrx any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
Taylor.

on the 93, if that part is in the downpipe, is it not a "cat on fire snsor" as opposed to a lambda?

was it in the down pipe?

Hi mate, its not the "cat on fire" sensor from the downpipe, its the "Lambda" sensor from the headers. All i need to know is which colour the "Signal" wire is on the wiring from the car. I know its black on the new sensor, but don't know which one to connect to on the car. Anyone got any ideas?

not 100% sure but think it is the white with red stripe.

have a search for circuit diagrams there is someone on here that had a link for drawings for free but cannot remember his user name.

IIRC the signal is the white one. Red is 12V, Black is GND, these go to the white wires on the sensor
