just bought one tryed to plat a dvd and it wont play just comes up with blue screen saying IT IS ELLIGAL BLA BLA APPLY PARKING BRAKE???

theres a pink wire that exits from the back of the head unit does this need grounding to the hand brake or sumit???

i do want it to play whilst im driving any way around this?

Yep this wire will need grounded and this will allow the unit to play dvd etc. not fitted my own in car dvd / tv headunit recently purchased yet but was advised that grounding this wire is required if you want to alow the player to work ie. actually show video / tv whilst the car is in motion.

yeh got it sorted just took the pink wire and used the ground thats mounted on the top of the *** lighter tape it down...works fine now.
