Default auto waterspray switch

evening all would any one know which pins do what on a waterspray switch the auto one off of a classic, many thanks.

Id like to know where to get hold of a switch cant help you on the pinouts though

How many pins are there? i thought there would be just 2 to engage the system, then the pump was controlled by the ECU?
Then theres the other switch as a manual 5 second burst.

there are 6 pins in total was going to use a boost pressure switch to activate it at the preset pressure?

I take it you don't have a multimeter to measure what pins are related to which.

If you have the switch loose you could test it with a small battery and a lightbulb i suppose to indicate which pins are used together (positive/earth), and if there are any loops in the switch, if if any are ganged together.

Are they easy enough to take out of the dash without damaging? If so i may be able to have a look at mine.

yeah not got a mutimeter at the moment the switch is in front of me at the moment and i dont think they are to hard to remove from the dash, if you could have a look that would be great.
