Elec folding mirrors question
I haven't fitted mine yet. But I just wondered if they open/close automatically with ignition, or do you have to press the button each time?
The switch I got, has a heated mirror button with an LED on it. All the others I have seen have just the open and close as well as the direction control.

Hi, no expert on these matters but on my Jap Import Classic you have to press the switch to open/close.Pretty sure you could rig it to work with the ignition.Sure someone more knowlegable will be along shortly.

You can get this sort of thing with an alarm, but not as standard i dont think.
Is this for a Classic model scoob? I'd be interested in having a look at your wiring on the mirrors, to compare to my set of folding ones ive got.

Mainly just the number/colours of the wires that go into the connector (at the wing mirror end) and also a similar picture of the connector in the door harness (if that makes sense)?
