Morrettes - Sidelights?
#1
What is the score with the sidelights... I spoke to a dealer yesterday and they told me that I will need to get my normal sidelights painted as the morette kit has sidelights included...
Is this correct???

Plantie, what MY car you got?
if it's classic shape, ie; 92 - 00 then the morettes CAN be setup so the outer lamp is used for sidelights, but you don't have to do that, I should know as I've got quads on the blackbeast and I'm still using the normal sidelights, as I could not get the sidelight bung out of the morette unit (me a wimp ) plus the real sidelights would then have no function, well, i was thinking of putting the indicators in there, but then again maybe not.
if it's a new age then I have no idea, but I'm sure people would have mention this on here if it was aproblem.

I've got Morettes on an MY99 and still use the standard side lights.
I can see the connectors on the outer lamps for use as sidelights but they are wired in.
Chris.
